ALL: Ushers, Greeters, Lectors, Sacristans and Communion Ministers
After four years we are resuming our meetings for all ministers that serve at mass. On Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 we will be holding required meetings for all ushers, greeters, lectors, sacristans and communion ministers.
All meetings will be one half hour and back to back in order to facilitate parishioners who serve in multiple ministries.
The schedule is as follows:
6:00pm Ushers and Greeters
6:30pm Lectors
7:00pm Sacristans
7:30pm Communion Ministers
This will enable us as a parish to refresh our procedures and provide confidence in all who serve. It will also serve as a forum to answer your questions towards the end of each meeting. We will be able to share ideas to continue to make our parish a welcoming and comfortable place to worship.
Please do not disregard these required meetings. New procedures had to be undertaken during the reintroduction of the Precious Blood of Christ that involve almost all of these ministries. We want to be prepared before the upcoming holidays. Please RSVP your lead ministers, your attendance is important.
