Chair Exercise Class Jan 20 – Feb 27

Beginning on Jan 20, SS. John and Paul will be offering a chair exercise class on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:15am in the Social Hall.   The class will run for 6 weeks, ending Feb 27.  The class is one hour long with music:  30-40 minutes exercises while sitting in a chair, some standing exercises while holding on to a chair for balance, and 10-15 minutes of low impact aerobics.
